Revision Policy

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package and you can demand as many revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You are not liable to pay an additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You will have your revised design in 48 hours.

Any changes/revisions requested after the logo designs are finalized will be treated as a new order and charged separately.

Refund Policy

BranzioX refund policy will be nil if;

01. You have chosen a special package.

02. The primary design concept has been approved.

03. You have demanded revisions.

04. The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.

05. The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.

06. The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.

07. Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.

08. The creative brief is lacking in the required information.

09. A complete design change has been demanded.

10. The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ period.

11. The business is closing or changing name or business.

12. Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.

13. If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.

14. The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 15 days, from the date of purchase.

15. Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.

16. In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

Note: BranzioX holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of BranzioX. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.
